By sheer coincidence on Wednesday my brother asked me if I had seen a documentary about the black and white photographer Vivian Maier. I told him that I knew someone who was a photographer with a similar style that he might like. I went on Google to find Richard's website for my bro and stumbled on the same link you had. I was stunned. I had no idea. I knew he wasn't well. Last time I talked to him he had moved to Houston exactly when they suffered that horrible flooding.

I met him once in Chicago for lunch. I think his daughter lived there? On or off line he was a character. Great sense of humor as well as "tell it like it is."

It's sad the old crew here is slipping away. We had fun.
