A Racist is a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another. A fair minded non Rascist may do things that apply to all Americans but their effect may in fact greatly benefit some races over other but only in the fact that those races have been impacted more by less enlightened minds who chose less wise solutions in the past.
