Me too — always hungry for technical innvation to be revealed. Mike Clark is working on Zen 5, so there is a lot of exciting stuff beyond what they chose to reveal now. The limited amount of information could be a sign that they now have the confidence of markets and their customers, so they don't need to reveal too much. Back in 2017 it was vital to show a long and credible roadmap to regain trust.

Well, good to have it confirmed for 2020. The Radeon fans want to see AMD on top again. Perhaps Microsoft and Sony have requested nicely to have it launch after the consoles, as not to steal the limelight.

My thought was that they perhaps are flirting with Samsung. That would make some sense, in a partnership sort of a way, considering Samsung has invested so much in RDNA, and will want to manufacture it themselves for their phones and tablets.
