Wellington West is acting as exclusive financial advisors to the company. Under the placement a consortium of environmental funds will invest in ROP Management & Development Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of IEI. ''We are very enthused about this deal since we believe that IEI's main difficulty has stemmed from under capitalization.
