Thanks. I almost never trade penny stocks. The only time I did so was to catch a bounce of a double digit stock with good assets that fell to around a dollar in less than a week. It worked out very well, but that was an exception. Minimum balance is also not an issue. What I do care about is good execution and trading platform. It helps if they allow some form of programmatic trading such as rolling stop loss or other triggers. The trading platform itself should be good. And of course good data feeds (I don't care about their analysts reports, just the ability to filter and sort stocks based on technical and fundamental data, which is pretty basic these days).
