Funny story about that.

I called my doctor and said I haven't been feeling well for a few days, I want to come and see you. They said, what's wrong? I said, I have flu like symptoms. I could feel the red flares going up in their heads. They asked, have you been travelling? No. Have you been in contact with someone who has traveled? Yes. Where from? Iran. Please hold....let us call you back...ok, we don't have the kits and the ability to examine you. We suggest that you self quarantine for 10 days and call us back if you are still ill then. Also, keep track of your temperature and call - don't come - if it goes too high.

So, getting tested hasn't exactly been an option.

BUT, I don't have body aches, that usually go with the flu. I have had my flu shots. My wife and I both work from home and naturally have few close contacts. And yet, she goes and sees her friend who had just arrived from Iran and falls ill and severely with pretty much all the symptom of COVID-19. I followed her about 3 days later.

Can it be something else? Of course. But I don't think I will know, considering the shortage of test kits. Also, considering that there is no treatment for it, I am not losing much. The only drawback is if it was something else and I am not getting treated for it. BUT, I seem to be improving, very slowly.
