Biden has always been a massive bullshitter. Go back to his campaign in 1988 and you will see the same phony nonsense. You can't trust a word he says. He copies others, and steals their speeches and lies about his accomplishments.

That is why he was never able to get any traction as a candidate. Now the Dems just push him through anyway s if none of that matters/
