So according to this brain trust, if you go to the national forest and you see a small unattended fire - you don't have to put it out or call anyone because you didn't start it. It is the fault of the person who didn't completely put it out before that 30 mph wind started it up, or the duty forest ranger who didn't find it. So go ahead, drive home, and chant "You don't have to put out the fire, you don't have to put out the fire." Freakin' lame ass douche ... lay waste and let the mayhem of the greater evil persist for decades because you didn't get what you wanted.
