They aren't old and they don't live here- so it would be hard for them to self quarantine and they probably won't get as sick as the old folks on board- and most cruises are 60 and up. The crew members are rarely over 45- maybe an older captain or senior crew, but most are younger. There's plenty of racism to go around in the US, but I don't think this is one of those times. It might be, but I can think of a lot or reasons the crew would be treated differently that don't involve racism.
