Lee, Looking at the the CPQ-DEC deal, it seems that DEC shareholders are getting about $60 per share? $30 in cash + ~0.95 shares of CPQ trading at about 31-32? Anybody see where CPQ is supposed to open? That should put a sizable dent in CPQ's bank account. Obviously, the way to play this was to have bought DEC calls on Friday. If one didn't do that, how now? 3
