CPQ objective 50 billion by 2000.$12 billion to go,stay tuned.

Jim: How about them Broncos,eh? Wow what a game.

You know CPQ's stated objective is to become a 50 billion dollar company by 2000. With the acquisition of DEC they are one step closer in achieving this objective. Add cpq's rev of some 25 billion to DEC's revenue of some 13 billion dollars,now they got about 12 billion to go in the next 2 years. I won't be surprised if they get there by 2000,i say this because now if they can grow their revenue at least 15% or so for the next 2 years they should reach this target easily.
