Hi Horgad, On Chinese coming to assist Iraq to deal with its Coronavirus outbreak: I think that Chinese working there brought from China and are facing a backlash, the Chinese government sent Chinese health specialist to deal with it. Why I think that? From what I have been hearing about the Iranian Coronavirus outbreak, the locations of the outbreak (like Qom) coincide with the locations where the Iranians have nuclear facilities. Chinese working there returned from Lunar New Year and infected the Iranians.
