"This license grants CVUS 1,150 MHz of spectrum throughout the 1,100 square mile New York Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area, which encompasses approximately 8.6 million people. This equates to 98.9 million channel pops, or the greatest regional delivery capacity of any broadband wireless carrier in the country."

It appears CVUS is defining one channel as 100 MHz.
I don't think I'd agree with this. I like Bernard's calculation where one channel would be equivalent to approximately 85 MHz. This would more accurately compare CVUS with WCII and TGNT. Using 85 MHz, CVUS would have approx 13 channels or 112 million channel pops (vs the 99 CVUS claims).
