John, seeing how you have been in contact with their CEO, has the question of how DSL {Digital Suscriber Lines} will affect their business as far as cable modems?

Will they be mfgr'ing power supplies for the DSL modem? Or better question yet, are they even in this business w/DSL as of yet. If not, do they plan on it?

After reading of this, and also the 'so called' slow rollout of cable modems for the year '98, I feel it is a question that should be addressed to them.

As of now, we have had a 1,200 share transaction at 4-7/8 {ask}.
