honestly, I always wondered what a-hole was behind the seizure laws. Then I saw that today.

I remember when I first got into real estate in the 80's and we had a client who was a single Mom with a 10 year old child. Her ex was smuggling weed on the mainland. She hadn't been in contact with him since her daughter was born. After they had popped the old man, the Feds tracked her down in Hawaii and took her house away. Just showed up at the door and said, Pack yer sh*t and get out.

Maybe Joe can use her in a commercial.
