When i called Margaret this afternoon i also asked her about the units in Ulster county.She said they where all in place.I will check this out tomorrow,Also she asked me if the other news had been mentioned .i asked her what she was talking about she said it was suppose to be released on tuesday after they got a signature[i dont know what this means].however I believe you [CAPTAIN] as to the units not being in ulster county yet .Iwill find out tommorow
