.....those isp's and internet businesses will need tons to dbases especially with the explosive growth of the net and the need for storage of complex visual images. Increased data storage on the net is a result of the ability to share existing data. Most of the interactive gains you see today are limited to extra/intranet projects. I would caution you about buying onto the hype about broad scale Ecommerce. There are still many daunting barriers related to security and infrastructure management. Finally, keep in mind that databases do not serve the net. Middleware interacting with clients, web servers, and data sources provide the glue. syborg..
