There's a SEC/Edgar entry for the loss. Off the top of my head which may be completely wrong, it was a $150 million loss but was covered by insurance. The concern was it was being moved to a new contract location (Total?) and they have the option to back out of the contract. I also read the loss has been located and discussions are under way to retrieve it.

Anything under a buck soon gets warned and then delisted, so probably another reverse split.

Dunno where we go from here....
