Greg, there isn't anything like what you are saying. Just because there is HC for all doesn't mean you can't get a Cadillac for your cardiac. Some few Canadians come to the US for what is probably better than what is stock at home. HC for all is just the minimum which is reasonably good, for most folks.

Now if the girl of your dreams has to have a man with 9", you can get the doctors to cut off 5 inches, but you will probably have to have a premium plan. In terms you can relate to.
