Noted an article yesterday that was suggesting they were aware of "vulture lawyers circling" as a result of the market decline.

It looks very much like the tide going out is going to reveal who's wearing swim trunks and who isn't...

I had noted an OBVIOUS instance in one of those risks myself recently... added it to my "hall of shame"... as Expedia, right before the implosion... essentially ran a pump n dump on their shareholders... touting massive profit growth potential... when they already knew what was happening in China. Timing apparent in the stock chart below...

So, today, 9 hours ago: Liberty Expedia Holdings, Inc. Investor Notice: The Schall Law Firm Announces it is Investigating Claims Against Expedia Group, Inc. and Encourages Investors with Losses to Contact the Firm

Then, 40 minutes ago: Hedge Funds Are Buying Expedia Group, Inc. (EXPE)

And, 25 minutes ago: Longtime Expedia Group board member steps down

The director departure is the latest shake-up at Expedia Group, which saw its CEO and chief financial officer resign suddenly in December.

Yahoo doesn't have the link, dated Feb 13 that had tweaked me. Took it off their page for Expedia now ?

But, I book marked it: Expedia Jumps After Projecting ‘Double-Digit’ Profit Growth

And, even without the glaring anomaly on Feb 13... what an amazing chart:
