Time will tell. So far, the reaction seems limited to just taking away the pre-earnings run of $8. I think if the market really didn't like IBM's fundamentals after their report and also didn't like the future outlook, we would already see IBM moving down into a new trading range.

It's quite possible that we are seeing that new trading range and $100 will be the ceiling for awhile. That is why I'm watching and waiting. If we break $100, but dip back below, maybe I'll short calls instead. New range could be $90-100.

I'm trying to be patient and make the right call on this one.
