That is old news. DCI never was able to get audited statements to Nasdaq because they were continually acquiring companies outside the US that were privately held. With the hiring of Grant Thorton, the audits for the UK and Canadian operations should be completed at any time. I believe this could all play out in the near future. IMO Joe may skip small cap altogether and go for a regular NASDAQ listing.
