Initially I (we) was nervous only because of chinese supply chain disruptions. jeez, that was a long time ago -- a couple of weeks. then the worry spread to hotel and travel (reits). then retail. then i sold senior living reits (just in time) -- because pandemic would quickly travel thru them. now i am selling office reits -- will offices be hazardous and become vacant? who knows? but i have to find something to sell -- i just know it. (i first admitted to panic selling feb 27, but paul kept me unbanned.) I sold safe companies that own hard tangible assets, are profitable and increasing divs (even utilities -- they got a bit pricey). it has been VERY hard to click the "sell" button. it would be harder now at these prices. but folks, this is just beginning. keep that in mind...
