I don't know much about charts and all of that but I do know that a crash can't end without the retail public panic selling. And I do NOT think they have done that yet. Also, maybe the VIX double top at 50 did not mean squat - probably. Possibly it will actually double top at the all time high, which is somewhere between 90 and 100. We'll see.
