I'm 65 and have taken statins on and off, mostly off for 20 years.

Weight is pretty good about 10 lb more than what I want.

Do take Lisinopril for blood pressure, but agree with that.

Generally, shoot for high protein in my diet with modest amounts of red meat.

Also big on dairy.

I'll evaluate the Pravastatin.
