It doesn't matter if or when he said it.....the US doesn't have enough kits even though we were offered them by WHO.. The states have labs that can be used for testing but the feds won't allow it........Cuomo said this AM that NY has 200 labs that can be used and we have set up a drive thru testing facility (by appt) in Westchester County....... All of this crap is landing squarely on the shoulders of Trump....
