Re -- CPQ and DEC...

Acquisitions and mergers in technology take time to digest. CPQ is on a rather fast pace on this after TDM.

Also its unclear wether CPQ paid too much, what about DEC's factories and other businesses. There is also a danger that CPQ could take their eyes of the ball.
