If it gets any worse than the news media is portraying it, then will any of it really matter? Many people have already panicked and think nearly everyone is going to die or be left behind in some post apocalyptic world. The panic is getting more and more absurd by the day.

I was in a Walmart last night to buy 6 items and the lines into the checkout stands were more than a half hour long. One could barely get a cart through the store because of the checkout lines winding through the aisles.

Many of the shelves were picked clean like you see in Venezuela. It was unfreakingreal. They didn't even have any lunch meat, ready made salads or veggies left and these are perishable items.

I have lived through many so-called scares in my lifetime, but I have ever seen anything like this. There have only been 47 deaths in the US so far from this virus (of which at least 25 have come from one nursing home in Washington State) which is far less than the winter flu has produced during the same time frame and look at how people are behaving.

The press is being totally irresponsible, especially in blue state areas like California
