[Bloomberg: Soros-Related Funds Acquires 5.75% Stake in IAIC]

After the close of trading on Friday, Bloomberg Newswire released the news that White Rock Capital Inc. and Quantum Partners LDC, affiliated with George Soros, had acquired 377,500 shares of Information Analysis (NASDAQ: IAIC) in private placements and on the open market. Prices ranged from 10 13/16 to 12 7/8.

IAIC thus far today was at 17 1/4 up 1 3/16.
