These "Regulations" were HAMPERING THE SPEEDY ACTIONS NEEDED TO BEGIN COMBATING AND OVERCOMING COVID-19.
So, as soon as the Trump Administration became aware of these RESTRICTIONS TO POSITIVE ACTION, the Trump Team WENT INTO TOP GEAR TO REMOVE THEM ASAP, AS STATED IN THE EXTRACT BELOW.
