Can you share the chicken gravy recipe?

The key to it is a good quality chicken stock. I use Costco's stock.
I use it to make a gravy over mashed potatoes and chicken meat balls. It's expensive but the chicken stock that Walmart sells is chicken water. I make a roue with a quarter lb of butter and a half cup of flour. Then stir in a quart of the stock slowly until the flour is cooked. Add a cup of heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste, and store in the fridge.

Making the roue is quite easy and simple. Melt the butter over low heat and add the flower with a whisk. keep stirring until smooth and then slowly add the stock. Keep whisking.
