Nick,
I'm NOT projecting $38/share but they've been there and that makes all the difference. People who make $100k per year think like people who make $100k per year and people who 'settle' for $50k don't rise above that kind of thinking. It wasn't long ago that PELT WAS a $5/share company but before that they were much higher priced, though that may have been thrust on them, they will have to prove it again.
The fundamentals are good but that understates PELT's position. A couple years ago, they were another company entirely. People attracted to electronics don't become land barons just because a stock they own becomes a REIT. Lots of people got out (if you pardon the pun). I doubt if any institutions own PELT and few brokers follow it but PELT is doing what it should do and first curiosity returns, then interest, hope and then respect. They are authorized to sell another 20M shares. I think they're going to work on the posture of the company for a while until the price gets respectable.
