Meanwhile, at the North Polar vortex, there's the beginnings of its dissipation finally.
There may be some cold air escaping randomly at the base for a little while. Potentially making for some unexpected storm stuff. Unpredictable stuff whether it does or not
or when or where. Sloshing under a flimsier bottom rim.
Was a long lasting vortex. Like the Southern Hemisphere had on its last go-round.
Not many people down there liked the months after. I'd rather not see a repeat up here.
