Hey Bob: I always try to get the lowest possible price I can get. So I hang on to the bid price hoping a MM will come down to me. I've missed more rallies that way... UPR is still pouring money into exploration. This is from their most recent release. Hope they earmarked some for Colorado and places west. marty 1998 CAPITAL BUDGET In addition to its fourth quarter and year end results, the Company also announced its 1998 capital budget of $1.6 billion. Of this amount, UPR plans to invest approximately $1.4 billion on exploration and production activities with the remaining $200 million allocated to plants, pipelines and marketing projects.
