The number of COVID-19 Coronavirus cases around the world is increasing rapidly. Over the last few days governments and businesses have been taking steps to slow the spread of the virus.
In line with this, at Thermal Energy International, we are doing all we can to promote health and safety within the Company, while helping to minimize the impact of the virus on our staff, customers and operations.
Our offices remain open with enhanced hygiene protocols in place. We will be practicing social distancing at all of our locations, as well as remote working, to reduce the risk of transmission. Site visits and meetings will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Measures to help prevent exposure from in-person contact have been scaled up with all of our locations able to conduct business uninterrupted via email, phone, video conferencing and instant messaging applications.
Thermal Energy remains committed to limiting disruption of service. We are taking all reasonable action to continue providing project support, fulfill orders, and protect the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers, during this challenging time and will monitor the situation as it progresses.
