The cheap ones work (under $100), but they are ... cheap.

Easy install if the water connector is one of the newer ones (flexible irrigated hose - newer meaning last 30 years or so :-), before that they used rigid pipe)
If so, easy if you know how to shut off the water for the toilet, unscrew the flexible pipe and screw on the accessories, take off the seat and slip the assembly under the seat screws. My kid did it with no instruction from me or having done any kind of plumbing.

The more expensive Ines have features like warming (!) the water and probably has much better controls over pressure of the water coming out (I think this sentence explains everything).
