Paul:
Good morning:
1.IMO this now explains why cpq stock did not appreciate as expected, in recent weeks, that is, the big boys knew that cpq would spend the profits on an acquisition instead of making money available to the shareholders( Mr. P is power-mad)
2. In my expectations that Dell would split, and because msft and Dell
both split on the same day in Dec 1996, I picked up some msft last week. Since msft has declared a split this bodes very well for a Dell
split at earnings time.
3. Am a semi-bear now, sold some dell this morning to Greg(GGGG, not much) to looosen up some money for vacation and am very tired of this Asian flu stuff. But will cover the up-side with some more leaps.
4. Good call on Mr C., (the weasel)what he said meant nothing
in legal terms.
5. Be carefull with BA, compare with noc or luv, etc.I was treated
10 times as well working for NOC as with others.
