Chloroquine.......It was the drug of choice back in the 60s-90s for malaria. I had malaria 7 times and took it as a cure. It cured the malaria , but I developed an allergy condition to it, called pressure angioedema. I still have the condition after 40 yeas !!! But, I used it because the malaria was going to kill me, so a bout of swelling was something I was willing to live with.

If it is true that it works for the virus, then that is great for most people, and it was cheap. I was in a drug store in Central America buying some and saw a Snickers bar that I wanted......the candy bar was more expensive than the Chloroquine meds.!!!
