Yes Pat,

we all are having troubles with the new assistance feature they put in the system Friday. I sent them an email on Friday and they got back to me over the weekend saying they would look into it. I sent a more detailed message on Saturday of the problem but have not gotten any response yet. The problem is really frustrating if your trying to get a bunch of quotes but I'm sure once they realize it's them not us where the problem is they will fix it.

I tried this on 5 different computers and got the same problems. The reason the service reps probably said there is no problem is because they had not realized there was a software change yet. Please send them an email detailing your problem so they clue into the problem.
