Kurt: Thanks for the update on the gold rally. Do you know anything about the following issues:

1. Does the company plan a press release on the extension of the J/L technology option? Doesn't that seem to be material information to you. All I've seen is the information reported on this thread.

2. How long will it take to finish the first hole and assay the other holes drilled by BD? Who is responsible for supervising the assay labs and setting the pace for the company?

3. Does the management plan to roll out a plan to address the need for new additions to management, organized promotion of the stock and additional sources of financing. (I assume that more drilling will be necessary to prove out more of the playa). Will these matters be discussed at the AGM perhaps?

4. Is someone at Naxos going to reinstitute the weekly updates we used to get from Fred Arkoosh?

5. What happened to Mr. Arkoosh? Is he still COO?

6. Has the ASC hearing been rescheduled?
