Posting this here in case it gets removed from the other board after a complaint from Tracy (so I hear). I don't find this to be an inappropriate post, but if reasonable people here disagree I am willing to remove it. I want to express my criticism and doubts of Mr. Gross, but I don't want to be ridiculous either. "One of the most stunning things to me in this whole saga, and there are several, is that Brett Gross is so childish and petty that he wouldn't even consider or look at anything brought to him by James Briscoe. He is the founding member of the "Never Briscoe" movement, apparently. Hating Briscoe is far more important than doing what is in the shareholder interest. I'm not saying he won't get a deal, but I am saying that there is absolutely no way to be confident that he will get the right deal if he isn't even willing to consider all offers based on hatred of who is presenting it on behalf of others. That, and the fact that they insist that JB be in charge of the project. Nope, can't have that..."
