Down 1/2 ? probably just the residue of Thursday's 600 k "buy"

Power meets today to vote acceptance of AAPL's stock offer , which though positive to AAPL's sales , dilutes its stock ownership .

Then there will be concern that if accepted , Power's shares will be sold , putting downward pressure on AAPL's share price .
