Ratings agencies say all Midstream Pipeline companies, including Industry majors face a major risk of bankruptcy
.

WMB (Williams Companies 17.3% dividend) - 45% chance of bankruptcy

KMI (Kinder Morgan 10.02% dividend) - 47% chance of banruptcy

and my non-major favorite TRGP (Targa Resources 77% dividend) - 48% chance of bankruptcy
.

They're all a gamble based on how long oil and gas prices will remain too low. Partly we can assume China and airlines recover and use more oil, but . . .

They all have debt payments to make and revenues at current prices won't cover those expenses

If I could forsee the future, my portfolio would be all pipeline, but I can't so it will be a very small percentage.
