Seeking Alpha just did a write-up on the OKE. The problem with bankruptcy is the bond holders get paid before the stockholders. Also many of these are limited partnerships so you don't get the same stockholder rights/protections. OKE and KMI are not LPs but those are the only two I can think of off the top of my head. ET, MMP, EDP etc are all LPs.
I was surprised to see KMI at 48% odds of going under. Before the crash, they were a darling with the highest price/sales PE, PEG and lowest dividend in the group priced for perfection.
