Don't get hung up on the word crazy. It was being used in a general sense e.g. anyone who races motorcycles at 200 miles an hour is crazy-lol.

Milton Friedman was the father of the rape of the country by the right wing over the last 50 years.

Here is part one of a six part series of her Shock Doctrine. It is only five minutes. I would encourage you and all your folks here to listen to it. It is very profound and very disturbing as it points out just how dangerous the right wing Republicans are and what their strategy is.

I honestly think Friedman believed in his vision to help the most people. I don't think he was crazy.

He was just proven wrong when it was applied. Modern variants like supply-side economics lives on thru douches like Larry Kudlow.

I've heard "crazy" ideas on the left too - but I don't think the people promoting radical ideas (like MMT) are personally crazy.
