Actually a lot of things do not work in a democracy like the US (or Canada even though we have effectively only two branches.. so less debate) ).. Let us watch how the Cali lock down works out... I am interested as my youngest sister lives there these last 30+ years... (We are Canuck) It makes sense that the epicenter would be the first to see improvement.. I am baffled though that Italy has more deaths than China.. That is absolutely astounding to my thinking... something sinister or poor hygiene.. (My brother in law will be pissed at me now LOL) I buddy of mine from Africa.. has a cousin in North Carolina who is a doc.. The doc says folks come in with symptoms which may or may not be COVID.. but simply a cold or more seriously than a cold the flu.. They cannot afford the COVID test so they are given an option.. do not take the test but we will mark you as infected... That would really skew US numbers... I have not seen this reported.. but of course is hearsay.. but makes on think..
