We don’t know what “successfully handling” the virus even means. China has no commitment to truth.

Korea is an entirely different demographic. And Korea doesn’t have HIPAA. And it has a different Constitution that permits a lot of flexibility the US doesn’t have.

Typical over simplification by a big mouth who carries little actual information.
