Traders bail, investors stay. Nothing wrong with that.

PAIR's HDSL and pair-gain products sell better in times of lowered capital expenditures because they are a cheap way to offset costly cable placements. Cuts in capital expenditures will mostly be in areas of deferred cable placements and switch modernization. This will have minimal effect on PAIR, except perhaps for increasing their sales of all pair-gain products. It helps to know something about the the operating methodologies of the companies you are investing in.
