Yes, I am in Richmond County. News is out that Richmond County was oversubscribed 3x. Independenece will be oversubscribed 6x at least!! Im here in NY, EVERRYONE is talking about it. After this it'll be dry for a while in the NY area... I heard that the re-do price is $14. Good luck, racer
