Don't be so sure that profiteering will not be a part of any response to this situation. My own personal belief is that it is naive to rule out conspiracies. I have witnessed far too many "conspiracies" in my lifetime and am well aware of history. After all the definition pf conspiracy is merely An agreement between two or more persons to commit a crime or accomplish a legal purpose through illegal or immoral action.
